Do you provide skilled nursing, PT/OT/ST/HHA/MSW? Answer: No we are licensed to provide only in home caregiver services. We have a sister company Support Home Health Care LLC that is licensed to provide those services depending on your health insurance carrier. Are the service costs covered by my commercial insurance? Most commercial insurance companies do not cover our services. But there are variations. Confirm with your commercial insurance provider.
Are services covered by my long term insurance ?
Answer: Most longterm insurance companies cover our services. But there are variations. Confirm with your longterm insurance provider. We can also provide you with receipts of payment that you can use to obtain reimbursement from your longterm insurance if you prefer.
Do you have qualified caregivers?
Answer: We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day. Our home care agency provides professional training for all employes and we work on their constant improvement.
Can I pick services I want?
Answer: Of course. You are free to choose the services you think are most appropriate. If you are paying privately, we accept zelle, checks, major credit cards. Our rates are competitive and we try to accommodate the hours you need. our aim is to meet you where you are.
Do I get to pick the person looking after me?
Yes, you are free to choose a caregiver depending on caregiver's availability. We offer you a match that we think is the most appropriate.
What happens if my caregiver gets sick?
If your caregiver is unable to work on a particular day, we will notify you as soon as possible and attempt to provide alternate caregiver. You are free to pick another one or cancel the service for that day.
Is service only available in the home?
Although our services are focused at home, we provide services in the community, in assisted living facilities, transitional care from hospital to home, companions in the hospital or longterm care facilities.
