Get to know us
Our team includes qualified supervisors to evaluate the patient's needs and develop a plan of care based on the patient and home safety assessment. Caregivers or home health aides will assist with activities such as reminding patient to follow the discharge instructions, laundry, meal preparation, transportation to keep doctor's appointment. Our manager, Kate has more than 20 years health care experience and the alternate manager, Victoria RN, BSN has more than 30 years experience. Our staff are trained. We are licensed and insured.
Our mission
We're on a mission to help clients stay in their homes by assisting them with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, medication reminders, errands, doctor's appointments, light housekeeping, meal preparation and so forth. We are on a mission to provide paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve their highest level of their potential in their day-to-day activities.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where people can stay in their homes for as long as possible post hospitalization instead of having to go to long term facilities. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment we receive a referral or when clients reach out to us for help.
