About us:
We are a team of caregivers or home makers that are here to assist you in your home. We will help with tasks such as light housekeeping, reminding patients to adhere to discharge instructions, doing laundry, preparing meals, and providing transportation to medical appointments. We also provide initial free home safety evaluation. Our manager has over 20 years of experience in health care, and our alternate manager brings over 30 years of experience. Our staff is fully trained, licensed, and insured.
Our mission
We're on a mission to help clients stay in their homes by assisting them with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, medication reminders, errands, doctor's appointments, light housekeeping, meal preparation and so forth. We are on a mission to provide paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve their highest level of their potential in their day-to-day activities.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where people can stay in their homes for as long as possible post hospitalization instead of having to go to long term facilities. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment we receive a referral or when clients reach out to us for help.
